This Shipping Policy explains how Rare Seeds ID processes, ships, and delivers orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed via WhatsApp
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Before dispatch, we:

  • inspect seed quality
  • package seeds securely to maintain condition

If you request pre-germination:

  • additional handling time may apply
  • not available for species requiring extended germination periods

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Indonesia.


3. Shipping Methods

We use international shipping carriers depending on destination and availability.

Shipping options may include:

  • standard international shipping
  • express shipping (if available)

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Asia (non-SEA): 7–14 business days
  • Europe / USA: 10–21 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing
  • local postal services
  • external logistics factors

5. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • checking import regulations in their country
  • obtaining any required permits or documentation
  • paying customs duties, taxes, or additional fees

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays
  • confiscation or rejection by authorities
  • additional import costs

6. Tax Information Requirement

To comply with international shipping and courier regulations, some shipments may require:

  • recipient tax identification number (e.g. VAT, EIN, or local tax ID)
  • additional personal or business information

By placing an order:

  • you agree to provide any required tax information when requested
  • failure to provide this information may result in shipment delays or cancellation

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by missing or incorrect tax information
  • failed delivery due to non-compliance with courier or customs requirements

7. Packaging & Handling

We take care to package seeds properly to preserve quality during transit.

However:

  • seeds are natural products and sensitive to environmental conditions
  • shipping conditions (temperature, handling, delays) are beyond our control

We do not guarantee seed condition upon arrival.


8. Shipping Risk

All shipments are made at the customer’s risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • damage during shipment
  • loss or delay caused by the carrier
  • unsuccessful delivery attempts

Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service.


9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • reshipment may require additional cost

10. Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item received):

  • contact us within 1 day of arrival (tracking info based)
  • provide clear photo or video evidence

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.


11. Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared after shipment
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country
