This page explains how we handle your order from payment to shipment, in compliance with Indonesia’s plant export regulations.


1. Overview

Rare Seeds ID follows official export procedures to ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements.

Because seeds are classified as plant material, additional processing time is required before shipment.


2. Processing Timeline

After your payment is confirmed, your order goes through the following stages:


Stage 1 — Export Application

Estimated time: 7–10 working days

We submit your order for export approval in accordance with Indonesian plant export regulations.

This process includes:

  • documentation preparation
  • compliance checks
  • submission to relevant authorities

Your order cannot be shipped until this approval is completed.


Stage 2 — Laboratory Inspection (If Required)

Estimated time: up to 7 working days

Some shipments may require laboratory testing depending on:

  • destination country requirements
  • type of seeds

If required:

  • seeds are inspected and tested before export

If not required:

  • this stage is skipped, and processing continues immediately

Stage 3 — Shipment Preparation

Estimated time: 2–3 working days

Once all approvals are completed:

  • seeds are finalized and packed
  • shipment is arranged with the selected carrier
  • tracking details are prepared

You will receive:

  • shipment confirmation via email or website update
  • tracking information (when available)

3. Total Processing Time

Estimated total processing time:

  • Without laboratory inspection: 9–13 working days
  • With laboratory inspection: 16–20 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • regulatory processing speed
  • destination requirements
  • public holidays

4. Important Notes

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed
  • Export approval is mandatory and cannot be bypassed
  • Some delays may occur due to government or regulatory procedures
  • We prioritize compliance to ensure successful international delivery
