How do I place an order?
Browse our website and select your desired seeds. After placing your order, contact us via WhatsApp to complete the payment process.


What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are arranged via WhatsApp. We will provide the available payment options after your order is confirmed.


What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in USD.


Processing & Export

Why does processing take time?
Seeds are classified as plant material and must comply with Indonesia’s export regulations. Each order requires official approval before shipment.


How long does order processing take?

  • Export approval: 7–10 working days
  • Laboratory inspection (if required): up to 7 working days
  • Shipment preparation: 2–3 working days

Total:

  • Without lab inspection: 9–13 working days
  • With lab inspection: 16–20 working days

Will my order always require laboratory inspection?
No. Laboratory inspection depends on the destination country and seed type. If not required, this step is skipped.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Indonesia.


How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated delivery times:

  • Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Europe / USA: 10–21 business days
  • Other regions: up to 25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs and local postal services.


Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Are you responsible for customs or import fees?
No. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs requirements in their country.


Do I need to provide tax information?
In some cases, yes. Certain countries require a tax identification number (e.g. VAT or similar) for shipment. You may be asked to provide this information to comply with courier or customs regulations.


Seeds & Germination

Do you guarantee germination?
No. Germination is not guaranteed as it depends on growing conditions, climate, and care.


How do you ensure seed quality?
We focus on:

  • fresh seed sourcing
  • proper storage
  • internal germination testing

Can you germinate the seeds before shipping?
Yes, we offer pre-germination at no additional cost.

However:

  • this is not available for species that require months to germinate
  • success after delivery still depends on your care

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. Due to the nature of seeds, all sales are final.


What if I receive the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, we will send replacement seeds at no additional cost.

Please contact us within [X days] and provide proof (photo or video).


Are you responsible for damage during shipping?
No. Once the package is handed to the carrier, shipping risks are beyond our control.

What if my seeds do not grow?
