- All prices are in USD and payment is arranged via WhatsApp
- We do not offer refunds, but we correct order mistakes
- Customers are responsible for import regulations and growing results
2. Product Nature & Germination
We sell live seeds, which are natural products.
- Germination is not guaranteed
- Results vary depending on environment, technique, and handling
Viability Transparency
To support quality assurance:
- We test germination in-house
- We can germinate seeds prior to shipping at no additional cost
However:
- This service is not available for species that require extended germination periods (e.g. months)
- Pre-germinated seeds still require proper care after arrival
3. Grower Responsibility
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Successful germination depends on proper technique and suitable conditions
- We are not responsible for germination failure due to environmental or handling factors
We are also not responsible for:
- Damage during shipment
- Seed condition after delivery
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- Payment is arranged via WhatsApp after order placement
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Adjust pricing without prior notice
5. Shipping & Import Responsibility
- Orders are shipped from Indonesia
- Delivery times vary depending on destination
Customers are responsible for:
- Import regulations in their country
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays or confiscations
- Additional import charges
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of seeds:
- We do not accept returns
- We do not offer refunds
Exception:
If an incorrect item is shipped:
- We will provide replacement seeds at no additional cost
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 1 day of arrival (tracking information based)
- Provide clear proof (video)
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Germination success or failure
- Plant growth outcomes
- Damage during shipment
- Losses related to improper care
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased seeds.
